By downloading, installing, or using the WebSnatch browser extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

WebSnatch is a browser extension that allows users to inspect and extract design information from websites, including but not limited to colors, typography, spacing, and other visual elements. The Extension also provides tools for generating code snippets and AI prompts based on extracted design data.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the information, data, or content extracted or generated through the Extension. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ensuring that your use of extracted content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respecting the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Obtaining necessary permissions or licenses before using extracted content commercially
  • Verifying that your use does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Divtechnosoft and WebSnatch expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of any content, data, or information extracted through the Extension
  • Any claims of intellectual property infringement resulting from your use of extracted content
  • Any damages, losses, or legal actions arising from your use of the Extension or extracted content
  • Any third-party claims related to content you have extracted, modified, or distributed

The Extension is provided as a tool for design inspection and learning purposes. We do not endorse, authorize, or encourage the unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of copyrighted materials.

5. Intellectual Property

Content on third-party websites remains the property of their respective owners. The Extension does not grant you any rights to third-party intellectual property. Users must independently verify their right to use any extracted content before incorporating it into their own projects.

6. Permitted Use

The Extension is intended for:

  • Educational and learning purposes
  • Personal design inspiration and reference
  • Development and debugging of your own websites
  • Extracting design tokens from websites you own or have permission to analyze

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Extension to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair websites or servers
  • Collect personal data without consent

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Divtechnosoft, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Extension or any violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIVTECHNOSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR WHETHER DIVTECHNOSOFT WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
